Swoją drogą, konsultowałem ten przypadek z Mike Wise. Jednak deseń na bokach nie musi występować u samic.
Cytat:Hi Lukasz,
I have never seen the wavy pattern on females, only on males. In truth,
I cannot separate female A. agassizii from female A. sp. Tefé (only the
males can!:-) ). My guess is that this is a female A. sp. Tefé, if she
came in with the male. The 2 species do not live together. The
collectors now only collect in areas where A. sp. Tefé alone lives. As
for another female, it is always good to own 2 or more females if
possible. Almost all fish commercially sold as "A. agassizii Tefe" now
are actually A. sp. Tefe.
best wishes,
Mike
